  1. Daily Prospecting – The Action Sales Group invests 50 hours weekly in direct contact with the marketplace to develop a high volume of qualified prospects.
  1. Daily Accountability– The Action Sales Group utilizes daily accountability to assure team standards are enforced and sales activities are completed.
 
  1. Expanded Work Day – Every day the Action Sales Group sales activities start at 6:30am and end after 7:00pm 5 days per week minimum with work on weekends as required.
  1. Goal Based Productivity – All of the Action Sales Group activities are tied to goals that align with our clients objectives. Our goals are specific, measurable, attainable, and timely. Having clear goals keeps us motivated and moving in the right direction.
  1. Perseverance – When most are ready to give up we keep going. It’s a fact that 60% of all sales are made after the 5TH objection and 80% of all sales people give up after the third objection. Perseverance is critical to sales success. We work together to persevere.
  1. Daily Training and Education – The Action Sales Group utilizes daily training and education to continuously grow in all areas of our profession which ultimately benefits our client.

Sales Strategy – The Action Sales Group does not rely on traditional, obsolete, or ineffective strategies. Rather we utilize a proactive approach.  Instead of “waiting” for the market to respond to advertising and marketing we actively initiate a high volume of contacts within the marketplace every day to set appointments.  This method has increased the number of sales leads and appointments by a multiple of five.
 
  1. Focus on the Fundamentals–To succeed at selling in today’s market the fundamentals of real estate selling must be mastered. The components of qualifying, presentations, valuations, objection handling, negotiating, and problem solving are fundamental skills that the Action Sales Group work on every week.
  1. Client Communications Plan – To combat real estates number one complaint of inadequate communication, the Action Sales Group developed a communication plan which keeps clients up to date and fully informed. We have a systematic approach to communication utilizing thorough checklists to ensure important steps are completed on time and progress is communicated with the client.
  1. Team Approach – The Action Sales Group is structured for maximum effectiveness in both form and function. The group is separated into a sales team of 4 and a support team of 3. This structure allows the sales team to focus on only selling activities and the support team to focus only on client service, increasing sales effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  1. Commission Structure – The Action Sales Group believes the net result is more important than the commission rate. Seeing our clients net more proceeds, have lower expenses, as well as a reduced stress level as a result of a dramatically more effective strategy is proof that the 1% additional fee is a worthwhile investment.
